ABOUT
Morna Howie and Mary Thomson co-founded Campocello in 2001 with the idea of preparing students for the coming school year. At the beginning of the camp a theme is presented to the students. Through songs, crafts and games, students work towards a final performance of Suzuki pieces, classical favourites and popular hits, which have been arranged to suit all musical levels. Whether the student is a beginner or in Book 8, they are sure to have a memorable experience.
In Vancouver, Campocello takes place at St. James Community Centre, during the 3rd week in August.
3214 West 10th Ave. (10th and Trutch)
In Vernon, Campocello takes place at the Vernon Community Music School, during the last week in August.
